Zali would be the realization of the dream, 30 many years inside the earning... inside a kitchen, in a home, in Beirut –a spouse and children that, identical to every other loved ones on this planet, was persuaded that their mom’s cooking, was the most effective.

Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mom and grandmother to entire-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived a lot of her everyday living in Lebanon. For so extended, she beloved tests her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't depart her residence’s nest until finally Zali presented her that chance. Now, her homegrown contentment and keenness for cooking are for you personally and the planet to flavor!

In all our dishes are flavors that have built the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You normally takes some of them again home!

We contact them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: various selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to purchase and check out. They are really prepared by our click here chef or made by farmers again house. “Mouneh”is usually a Lebanese custom of preserving foods over the seasons.
