Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from full-time mother and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived most of her lifestyle in Lebanon. for thus prolonged, she loved screening her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't depart her home’s nest right up until Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and fervour for cooking are for you personally and the earth to taste!

In all our dishes are flavors that have manufactured the journey the many way from Lebanon. You will take many of them back again household!

We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: various selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to invest in and check out. They're organized by our chef or made by farmers back again home. “Mouneh”can be a Lebanese tradition of preserving food stuff throughout the seasons.
